Shipping policy

We ship worldwide! 

All orders are shipped via standard delivery with a tracking number and will be delivered to you by your local postal service. It usually takes around 10-15 business days.

We also recommend that you provide a shipping address where you or someone on your behalf can sign for your package, as delivery is made during business hours and requires a signature upon receipt.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are only guidelines and unfortunately depend on our delivery partners, not us. Therefore, we cannot refund shipping costs if the delivery date does not meet the expected delivery date. Delivery cannot be made on Sundays or public holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders may incur customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to contact your local customs office to find out the current rates before ordering to avoid any unexpected costs.
