Are JERSEY GALLERY jerseys authentic/legit?
Yes, every jersey that we sell has been authenticated by a member of our team. We do occasionally sell authentic re-issues such as Adidas Originals or Score Draw, however these are always clearly labelled in the product title and description.
Does JERSEY GALLERY ship to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
Will JERSEY GALLERY supply a tracking number?
Yes, when your items have been shipped you will receive an email with a link to tracking information.
Can JERSEY GALLERY mark parcels as a 'gift' or declare a lower value so my order doesn’t incur customs charges?
We can NOT do this because it is against the law. Random inspections are regular, and we are held accountable if we are found to be under-declaring our exports.
How do JERSEY GALLERY grade the conditions of their jerseys?
When assigning grades we consider both the condition and the age of a jersey. For instance, to be labelled ‘excellent’, a newer release would need to possess fewer flaws than an older equivalent. Also we appreciate that one person’s "Excellent" may be another’s "Fair" that's why we also provide a detailed list of defects each item may possess.
In general, we use the following gradations:
LIKE NEW - absolutely mint condition without any defects;
EXCELLENT - without defects or minor damage that is barely noticeable or may not even be noticeable at all ;
VERY GOOD - These are shirts that have some signs of wear and tear and could have some defects;
GOOD - obvious signs of wear and big damage to jersey details;
FAIR - significant wear and other problems that irreparable or have been repaired, but are not perfect in appearance.
