Refund policy

We hope you'll be happy with your purchase, but if not, you're welcome to return it to us, subject to the following terms:

 

RETURNS

Returns can be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and must be posted within 7 days of your return approval.

Returned items must unworn, unwashed and be in the same condition as they were when sent. This does not include the removal of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags. Footwear must be unworn and returned alongside the box and any relevant accessories. We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.

Returns are made at the purchaser's expense.

For now, returns must be shipped with your local postal service or a carrier of your choosing.

Please ensure your parcel is sent on a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are lost or not received when shipped in this way.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or provided as a voucher for future use on our website.

Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website and do not expire.

You will receive a notification when your return parcel arrives at our warehouse, and another when your return is processed. It can take up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot currently process exchanges.
